Wilmot Mitchell is a CPA with 10+ years of experience in accounting, auditing, internal controls, Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) compliance, and project management across a mix of small, large, and complex organizations. He began his professional Accounting career with Ernst & Young in California before moving into industry in Texas, where he gained valuable exposure to publicly traded fortune 100 companies in manufacturing and pharmaceutical distribution. Wilmot holds both Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Accounting and Business Management from California State University - Sacramento and DeVry University, respectively. He is an active Texas CPA. He also has a passion for community engagement, serving as a volunteer for North Texas Food Bank, Habitat for Humanity and the American Cancer Society/Relay for Life. He's also the Youth and Children Ministries Director at his local church in Dallas.
