AccountAbility is a division of Taylor White focused specifically on Accounting & Finance needs at the lighter end of the career spectrum. We apply the same rigorous screening process and quality focus that has been become synonymous with the Taylor White name.  We focus on Direct Hire, Temp-to-Perm, or true Temporary support.

Taylor White and AccountAbility Staffing are two halves of one whole.  Taylor White’s focus is permanent placement and consulting/contract support for resources at the senior accountant/financial analyst level up to CFO.  AccountAbility Staffing supports lighter level accounting & finance needs, including accounts payable, accounts receivable/collections, payroll, data entry, staff accountant/bookkeeper and much more.

We service the majority of employers here in Tampa Bay, with a mix of clients including publicly held, private, and entrepreneurial or VC/PEG backed. Our range encompasses companies large and small, as well as those in all phases of their life cycles, from start-up to high growth, and from maintenance to turnaround.

Our service lines include traditional permanent placement, as well as consulting.  The latter includes true interim or fractional needs, as well as those looking to support special transaction (e.g., IPO, M&A, system implementations).  We also offer Sarbanes-Oxley & Control Assurance services for companies required to provide management certification, or for those simply to seeking more comfort with their internal control structure.  Our AccountAbility Staffing division supports clerical/bookkeeping and entry level needs with the same industry focus.
