James N. Bassil — Shareholder

Jim has been an important part of the executive placement industry in the Tampa Bay area since 1986. First, he served as Director of Recruiting for a Big 4 Public Accounting firm, and later he transitioned to a Tampa based national search organization. Through these opportunities, Jim has perfected his skills in the placement of top accounting and financial professionals. His numerous placements make him a unique center of influence among the area's financial community. In 1991, Jim began his own highly successful executive placement firm, working with the finest companies throughout Florida, and the Southeast. In 2001, he merged this practice to form Taylor White. Jim has been an Auditor with a Big 4 firm and an Internal Auditor with a Fortune 500 Company. He is a graduate of Florida State University in Tallahassee and is a former Florida CPA.

Anthony Linguanti, Jr. — Shareholder

Anthony Linguanti, Jr.Tony began his career in the executive placement industry in Tampa in 1990. While associated with an international recruiting firm specializing in the temporary and permanent placement of accounting and financial professionals, Tony was responsible for managing many important facets of this multi-billion dollar firm's operations. In addition to interfacing with the company's many high profile Florida clients, he also oversaw the successful implementation of several satellite offices throughout the growing Tampa Bay region. In 2000, Tony launched his own very successful executive placement firm in Sarasota. He later merged this organization to form Taylor White in 2001. Tony has been an Auditor in public accounting and a Controller for two top Tampa Bay companies. Tony is a graduate of Florida State University in Tallahassee, Florida.

Heather Ceresoli — Shareholder & COO

Heather started her career with Deloitte in their Tampa audit practice. During her 7 year tenure, her clients included both public and private companies, with expertise in a number of industry segments, including manufacturing, high technology, retail, restaurant, automotive, real estate and distribution. She then transitioned into financial management roles with $billion+ publicly traded companies. Her responsibilities encompassed commercial finance, financial systems innovation, process improvement and project management. She joined the permanent placement division of Taylor White in 2005, where she was able to apply her knowledge of the local marketplace to effectively build relationships and match the best candidates with the top companies. She transitioned in 2007 to a Division Director role for Taylor White & Taylor White Consulting, and moved into the Principal & Chief Operating Officer role in 2010. She is responsible for Permanent Placement, interim consulting support, contract recruiting, and Sarbanes-Oxley & Attestation services.

Heather earned a Masters degree in both Accounting and Management Information Systems from the University of South Florida, and is an actively licensed CPA in the State of Florida. She remains committed to the local community, with Board of Director level positions within Goodwill Industries Suncoast and Corbett Preparatory School. She is a graduate of Leadership Tampa, Class of 2007.

Tracy T. Tringali — Principal

Tracy T. TringaliTracy has developed a top notch reputation in the Tampa Bay business community throughout her 25 years here. She is an Accounting graduate of the University of Illinois, and was a practicing CPA in both Illinois and Florida prior to her entry to the executive recruitment industry in 1989.

Tracy worked with a large Tampa-based national search firm before launching her own successful executive placement firm. She focused on accounting and finance permanent placement and interim consulting support, contract recruiting, and retained search in various disciplines, including human resources, marketing, and operations. She has been lauded for her quality career coaching, as well as professional resume writing services.

Tracy is a graduate of Tampa Connection, and has held numerous leadership positions with Plant High School PTSA, Coleman Middle School PTSA and Mabry Elementary PTA. Tracy loves people and music, and is a member of the auditioned Master Chorale of Tampa Bay, which performs with The Florida Orchestra.

Kim O'Brien — Principal

Kim O'BrienKim began her career as an Auditor and worked in public accounting for 8 years in local, regional and national firms. Her focus included both public and private companies, with industry expertise encompassing healthcare, manufacturing, agribusiness, telecommunications, retail, automotive, restaurant, and not-for-profit sectors. Kim transitioned out of public as an Audit Manager to accept the role of CFO for a large not-for-profit healthcare organization in East Tampa. During her three year tenure, she focused on developing strategic internal management reporting, implementing & updating financial policies and internal controls, implementing systems, and instituting a 401(k) plan. As a result of her efforts, she was recognized as 2008 CFO of the Year in the Not-for-Profit category by the Tampa Bay Business Journal. Joining Taylor White in 2008, her experience enables her to work within many industries, and match competent, experienced candidates suitable to her client's needs.

Kim received her Bachelor of Science Degree and fifth year requirements from the University of South Florida, and is a licensed CPA in the State of Florida. She is proud to be a lifetime member of the USF Alumni Association, as well as past Chair of the USF Accounting Circle Board and a member of the USF Lynn Pippenger’s School of Accountancy Advisory Council. She also serves on the Board as Treasurer for Gracepoint Wellness, a not-for-profit.  Kim is a graduate of Leadership Tampa, Class of 2007.

John Sarmanian — Senior Recruiting Manager

John SarmanianJohn began his career in Boston, MA with the audit and assurance practice of EY, where he focused primarily in the financial services industry. He worked on both public and private industry clients including the firm’s largest Northeast Sub-area client, Liberty Mutual, a prestigious Office of the Chairman Account. Other clients John served were within the not-for-profit, hospital, manufacturing and pharmaceutical industries.

In addition to his public accounting experience, John has 8+ years of accounting and finance recruiting experience where he is dedicated to both permanent and consulting placements in the Tampa Bay market. John holds both his BS in Accounting and MBA from Salve Regina University in Newport, RI, is a 2014 graduate of Leadership Tampa Bay and a member of The University of Tampa’s Board of Counselors.

Katie Halkett — Senior Manager, Area Development

Katie HalkettKatie received her MBA and Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Denver and joined PwC’s assurance practice in Denver upon graduation. A Florida native, Katie moved back to the Tampa Bay area in 2008 and joined EY’s Tampa office. Her client base while with the Big 4 firms encompassed public companies, private-equity backed entities, and privately-held companies, and spanned a variety of industries including manufacturing, retail, restaurant, and health care. After leaving public accounting, Katie transitioned into a corporate accounting role with a private-equity backed marketing services company in St. Petersburg.

Katie started with Taylor White in 2012 and leverages her prior experience to understand the specific needs and goals of both her clients and candidates. Katie focuses specifically on permanent placement and consulting services for the Tampa Bay region south of St. Petersburg, to encompass Sarasota, Bradenton, Venice, and the nearby areas. She is an actively licensed CPA in the State of Florida, and a graduate of the Leadership Tampa, Class of 2015.

Karin Klare — Recruiting Manager

Karin KlareKarin comes to Taylor White with over 15 years of accounting and finance experience, with companies both publicly traded and privately held. She has worked for diversified industries including healthcare, internet and financial services, and was most recently the Vice President of Finance for the New York Mercantile Exchange in NYC. She began her career as an auditor for Cherry Bekaert LLP, before transitioning into corporate Finance roles. She has extensive experience in all aspects of financial planning & analysis, corporate accounting and strategic planning. Karin received her Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting, as well as her fifth year requirements, from the University of South Florida.

Todd Darrell — Recruiting Manager

Todd DarrellTodd comes to Taylor White with almost 10 years of experience as a recruiting leader with a specialization in finance and accounting talent, and an exclusive focus on the Tampa Bay Market. During his tenure he has partnered with clients large and small, serving both publicly traded and privately held companies. Some notable industries have included professional services, healthcare, technology, manufacturing, regulated industries, construction, logistics, and gov’t/non-profit. Todd is dedicated to building meaningful professional relationships, identifying top talent, and taking a consultative approach to his recruiting practice. His many years of experience in this market means he is adept at helping our candidates and clients accomplish their goals. Todd holds both a Master’s in Business Administration and a Bachelors in Finance from the University of South Florida. He is also a proud Air Force veteran.

Blair Greene — Recruiting Manager

Blair GreeneBlair graduated from Clemson University with a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Accounting. She passed the CPA exam and began her career in audit with Deloitte, serving in both the Charlotte and Tampa offices. Her client mix included private, public, not-for-profit, and governmental clients, in an array of industries including manufacturing, insurance, media, recruiting, and other industries. Blair made the transition to private industry, with tenure including financial reporting & controls oversight within a mid-market insurance agency, as well as a traditional analyst position with a financial services company. She comes to Taylor White with valuable public and private accounting experience, but more importantly a passion for finding the perfect technical and cultural fit for both candidates and clients alike.

Kristina Marrero — Senior Recruiter

Kristina MarreroKristina holds her Bachelor’s degree in Management and Organizational Leadership. She has experience working at a multinational payment transaction and point-of-sale company, as an Accounting Analyst for their North America division. She also has experience in project management and ERP system implementations. Kristina leads the recruiting efforts at AccountAbility Staffing, where she is able utilize her accounting background to identify quality candidates for our top clients in Tampa Bay. Kristina is a Tampa native and is an Alumni of St. Petersburg College.

Suanny Rodriguez — Corporate Controller

Suanny RodriguezSuanny holds a Master's Degree in Accounting and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, International Business and Finance from The University of Tampa. She joined Taylor White as a Sourcing Manager in May 2012. Her contributions and exceptional performance helped create the best Accounting & Finance sourcing team in the Tampa Bay area. Upon graduation with her Bachelor’s Degree, she was promoted to Sourcing Manager & Senior Accountant with increased accounting responsibilities. In May 2016, Suanny transitioned into a Corporate Controller role where she’s leveraging her accounting and analytics skills, as well as her passion for financial analysis and metrics reporting. She is actively pursuing her CPA certification, anticipated completion Spring 2017. Suanny is bilingual in both English and Spanish, and resides in Tampa with her husband.

Jeni Donaldson — Operations Controller

Jeni Donaldson

Jeni holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting along with her fifth year requirements from the University of South Florida, and is actively pursuing her CPA license. She began her career with a large national search firm and joined Taylor White in 2005 as the Office Manager. She has gained valuable knowledge about the industry and accounting. Jeni was promoted to Corporate Controller in December 2012. In 2016 she transitioned to more of an operational accounting focus where she now supports both operations and accounting. 


Austin Germain — Senior Recruiter

Austin GermainAustin joined Taylor White in January 2016, after serving four years in the United States Air Force in multiple locations throughout the world. As a pivotal member of Taylor White’s Sourcing Team, Austin was able to leverage his strong attention to detail, and his combination of educational & professional experiences to identify top tier Accounting and Finance candidates in the Tampa Bay market. In late 2016, he transitioned into a Recruiting Senior role, and currently supports candidate recruitment efforts for our client base in the Sarasota/Bradenton market.  Austin is originally from upstate New York, and moved to the Tampa Bay area after finishing his enlistment in the armed forces.  He holds his Bachelors degree in Finance from the University of Tampa. 

Cally Stanphill — Senior Recruiter

Cally Stanphill Cally started her career as a Sourcing Intern for a global RPO company in Tampa Bay. She joined Taylor White in January 2016 as a Sourcing Assistant, and was promoted to Sourcing Analyst in May 2016. As a Sourcing Analyst, Cally was responsible for executing effective and innovative sourcing strategies to identify qualified Accounting and Finance candidates. In February 2017, Cally transitioned into a Senior Recruiter role with AccountAbility Staffing, where she’s leveraging her sourcing skills in the Sarasota/Bradenton market.  She also has the pleasure of being the social voice for TaylorWhite and AccountAbility Staffing -  developing and maintaining company culture for our branded social networks.  Through her knack for thinking outside-of-the-box, Cally has received the "Innovator of the Quarter Award" multiple times while at Taylor White. 

Jim Roberts — Director of Sarbanes-Oxley & Control Assurance Services

Jim has been a proven Taylor White Consultant for over eight years. His expertise is in the following disciplines: all facets of Accounting and Finance, Strategic Planning, SEC reporting and transactions, external Audit matters, Internal Controls, International Finance and Accounting, ERP Systems and Implementations, and Sarbanes-Oxley implementations, including evaluation of entity level controls. He is experienced in Director of Finance and CFO level roles in publicly traded organizations, and has diversified industry experience including biotechnology, manufacturing, software and telecommunications. Jim has performed Sarbanes-Oxley consulting work for a variety of organizations and has served as Project Manager for publicly traded services organizations. He was a former Big-4 Audit Manager, and is an actively licensed Florida CPA. Jim holds a Bachelors of Business Administration in Accounting from Florida State University and an MBA in Finance from Emory University.
